I have 10 years of experience in consumer marketing, and have been involved in highly demanding projects, from strategic scoping to practical implementation, mostly in the luxury & beauty industry. My main experiences are : ✧ 3 years of consulting, followed by several experiences in digital marketing in some of the leading make-up and skincare brands, which allowed me to work on branding, positioning, storytelling across various communications & distributions channels, to make for for a consistent high touch 360 customer experience. I have also implemented many initiatives 360° (media on & offline, social media, CRM, content, events) ✧ I then joined a start-up as CMO (e-mobility) where I was able to prepare for the launch after a first round of founding, and managed all levers from branding to PR, including lead acquistion campaigns through media and SEO. ✧ Lastly, i have piloted digital business (eretail and ecommerce D2C) at internationl level of one of the leading international fragrance brand, leading a team of 15pax, and acting as CODIR member for 6 months.
