After 5 years in B2B startup and scale-up (Payplug, Dift), I’ve developed strong expertise in field marketing, ecosystem activation (partners, influencers, communities), and qualified lead generation. At Dift (ex-Captain Cause), I led 360° campaigns (PR, influence, events, social media) to support an ambitious rebranding, structured a successful nurturing strategy via Hubspot, and launched a CMO Club in close collaboration with the sales team. At Payplug, I held several roles within the marketing team: initially as a project manager and later as head of ecosystem marketing. I built and managed a network of 200+ partners (agencies, distributors, publishers), led both organic and paid acquisition efforts, and contributed to 80% of the new business in 2024 coming from this ecosystem.
