J'ai vu ce qui marche et ce qui ne marche pas quand on scale une acquisition B2B. Le problème que je vois partout : → Des fondateurs qui testent des canaux, des messages, des ICPs en boucle sans savoir ce qui fait la différence → Du pipeline aléatoire : un mois plein, deux mois vides → Des outils empilés sans stratégie derrière → Et personne pour dire "stop, tu vas dans la mauvaise direction" Ce que je fais : J'apprends aux fondateurs B2B à construire et piloter leur propre machine GTM. Pas à la leur sous-traiter. A la fin, tu lances tes cycles seul, tu lis les signaux, tu sais quoi ajuster. Comment on travaille : → 1 session de 90 min toutes les 2 semaines → Sprint défini à chaque call, livrables concrets → Notion partagé : tout ce que j'utilise sur mes vrais clients → Support async entre les sessions → 3 à 6 mois. 3 fondateurs maximum en parallèle.
