B2B marketing only works when it's built around the right accounts. Not spray-and-pray campaigns, but precise, revenue-driven programs that sales actually wants to run with. That's been my obsession across fintech and SaaS, from startup to scale-up to IPO to global enterprise, on both sides of the Atlantic. At Adyen, I built marketing programs that scaled with the business, pre and post-IPO, across North America. At Libeo, I joined as CMO and built the marketing function from scratch. At PayPal, I lead Global ABM, designing account-based programs that connect marketing directly to pipeline and revenue at enterprise scale. Along the way, I helped Talentsoft grow from 20 to 1,000+ employees and become Europe's leading talent management platform (now a Cegid company). And then some more but I can't list everything :) The throughline? Breaking down the wall between marketing, sales, and product, and building programs that actually move revenue forward. Outside of work I mentor young marketers, speak at business schools and advise early-stage startups on go-to-market.
