What you'll do
Stripe needs a builder who can make GTM enablement work across regions and still respond when the field has an urgent need. This is a people leadership job with real operating decisions behind it.
What the role really is
You’ll lead the partners who connect Stripe’s global enablement strategy to the needs of specific teams. Set the rules for what gets attention, how programs adapt in the field, and how leaders see the results and tradeoffs.
What you'll do
- Set an Enablement Business Partner strategy around Stripe’s GTM priorities.
- Hire, lead, and develop a team across consulting, stakeholder management, learning delivery, data interpretation, and change leadership.
- Create a clear way to intake requests, set priorities, plan work, and escalate urgent needs.
- Work with GTM leaders to find performance gaps and build plans for regions, segments, and roles.
- Adapt global programs for the field and build learning, manager coaching, and reinforcement into everyday business rhythms.
- Use conversation intelligence, competency data, learning signals, and business indicators to guide investment and assess behavior change.
- Build cross-functional partnerships and repeatable processes that clarify ownership and improve execution.
- Advise the Global Head of GTM Enablement and senior GTM leaders on needs, investments, and recommendations.
What they want
- 10+ years in GTM leadership, sales enablement, sales effectiveness, or a related field.
- Experience leading and developing a team in a complex, high-growth organization.
- Experience scaling enablement programs or partner models across regions, segments, or GTM roles.
- Experience setting priorities and operating models, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading cross-functional work.
- Experience using performance data to identify skill gaps, guide coaching, and connect enablement to business outcomes.
- Sales or sales leadership experience in a quota-carrying role is a plus.
- Experience enabling global teams and adapting programs across markets and cultures is a plus.
- Experience leading change involving sales methods, processes, tools, or operating models is a plus.
- Experience using AI and automation in enablement is a plus.
- Experience with Gong or a similar conversation-intelligence platform is a plus.
Why it's interesting
You’ll shape how enablement makes choices at scale: which needs get investment, how learning reaches the field, and how leaders judge its impact. If you can coach a team, earn trust with senior leaders, and use data to make the work more focused, this role gives you room to set the model.
