- Pilot AI capabilities and automate manual workflows.
- Turn stakeholder needs into user stories, technical specs, and UAT plans.

- Create documentation, lead enablement sessions, and guide adoption of system changes.
- Work with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Adoption on business rules across the customer lifecycle, from initial land through expansion.
What they want
- 6 to 8+ years in B2B SaaS Revenue Operations, Field Sales Ops, or GTM Systems Architecture.
- Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce, including data flows and system integrations.
- Experience with Tableau or advanced Excel.
- A track record leading cross-functional projects, writing detailed user stories, and managing delivery with Agile or Scrum in Jira.
- A builder mindset and the ability to turn qualitative business needs into scalable technical designs.
- Relevant professional experience or a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Bonus: Salesforce CPQ, LeanData, or Clay experience; AI for predictive scoring or automated routing; practical SQL; Snowflake or AWS data pipelines; or an advanced degree.
