The Challenge
Amazon Quick is scaling an AI-powered productivity platform and needs you to build the PLG motion from scratch. You'll establish the measurement infrastructure and experimentation frameworks that turn product usage into revenue across millions of users.
Your Mission
Design and implement end-to-end PLG analytics framework covering acquisition-to-advocacy with clear attribution models
Launch initial experimentation process with 3+ validated A/B tests on onboarding flows and activation triggers
Map current user journey and identify top 2-3 friction points blocking conversion from free to paid
Establish cross-functional cadence with product, data science, and sales to align on PQL handoff criteria
Achieve 15-25% improvement in free-to-paid conversion rate through optimized onboarding and activation
Scale feature adoption across user base with measurable lift in multi-feature engagement from baseline
Build and operationalize PQL-to-sales handoff process with documented conversion rates by segment
Develop retention playbook with 2+ data-driven programs targeting high-churn user cohorts
