Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've shipped PLG motions and obsess over free-to-paid conversion funnels with real data to back decisions
  • You're equally comfortable running experiments and building operational systems-not just analyzing dashboards
  • You've worked with product and data science teams to influence strategy through user behavior insights
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can establish measurement frameworks from first principles
Won't Work If
  • You're a traditional marcom manager who needs the playbook handed to you; this role requires building systems
  • You can't code SQL or navigate analytics platforms-you'll be working directly with data constantly
  • You expect primarily remote work; this is on-site in SF and requires constant cross-functional collaboration
