What you'll do
The real job: turn AI and GTM systems into more capacity for the commercial org, with proof it paid off. You’ll lead a five-person team and make the calls on what to build, buy, and automate.
What the role really is
You’re building the operating system behind 360Learning’s commercial engine: its CRM, marketing automation, customer success tools, and AI workflows. The challenge is knowing where automation helps, where people matter, and how to get new capabilities adopted across teams.
What you'll do
- Set the GTM AI operating model, including skills, agent evaluations, cost, adoption, and ROI, with Data and Enablement.
- Shape the long-term GTM systems roadmap and decide what to build or buy.
- Turn business problems into solution plans, with cost and feasibility in view.
- Lead and coach five senior individual contributors across Salesforce, marketing and BDR, customer success systems, and web operations.
- Set standards for documentation, testing, and deployment.
- Run vendor evaluations, quarterly keep-or-kill reviews, and renewals.
- Work with leaders across Data, Enablement, Security, Finance, and commercial teams.
- Drive adoption of new GTM capabilities across distributed teams.
- Ship AI agents with business owners and outcome measures agreed before launch.
- Measure the capacity the commercial organization reinvests because of your team’s work.
What they want
- At least five years in GTM systems, AI workflow products, revenue technology, enterprise SaaS, or a related path where you designed and shipped real systems.
- The judgment to assess a process, spot where AI can help, and know when not to automate.
- Familiarity with modern GTM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution, lead-to-quote, billing, or customer lifecycle tools. Deep Salesforce fluency is a plus.
- Experience building with AI agents, plugins or skills, business-system connectors, and agent evaluations.
- A habit of defining KPIs, running experiments, and using data to set priorities and measure business impact.
- Clear executive communication: lead with the conclusion, name the tradeoffs, and make complex topics simple.
- Comfort shaping and improving strategy in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Experience running vendor evaluations and holding quality standards without slowing a team down.
- The ability to coach senior individual contributors with care.
- Fluent English and B2-level French or equivalent.
Why it's interesting
You’ll start with an established team, mature systems, and extensive documentation, then shape the next stage of the GTM stack and AI portfolio. The role has a concrete test: show the capacity your work gives back to the commercial organization. 360Learning builds collaborative learning software that helps companies upskill from within.
