Sequoia scales marketing investment across channels and business lines. You'll own the analytics infrastructure that tells leadership what's actually working—turning Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics into clear ROI signals that shape GTM strategy.
Your Mission
Audit existing dashboards across Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, and GA to identify data gaps and standardize success metrics
Map the full marketing-to-revenue funnel, baseline conversion rates by stage, and identify top 3 leakage points
Deliver weekly performance summaries to leadership showing spend ROI, lead velocity, and pipeline contribution by channel
Partner with demand generation team to establish attribution baseline and document current touch patterns
Build quarterly business review analytics playbook showing campaign performance, channel ROI, and pipeline outcomes
Implement multi-touch attribution model to correlate marketing touches with closed-won deals
Reduce marketing-sourced lead pipeline leakage by 15% through bottleneck analysis and process recommendations
Create predictive dashboard forecasting pipeline impact of current marketing investments

CAC (Cost per Acquisition)
Total marketing spend divided by new customers acquired, tracked by channel and campaign.
Lead-to-Pipeline Conversion
Percentage of marketing-generated leads that enter sales pipeline, measured by stage and source.
Pipeline Influence by Channel
Percentage of closed-won deals touched by marketing, broken down by channel and campaign.
Marketing ROI
Revenue influenced by marketing initiatives divided by total marketing spend, tracked monthly and quarterly.
Lead Velocity
Days from MQL to SQL to opportunity, measured to identify acceleration opportunities in the funnel.
