Your Mission
Audit and restructure existing Google Ads and Meta campaigns for efficiency, identifying 15-20% budget optimization opportunities
Establish robust conversion tracking and measurement infrastructure across both platforms with GTM audit and enhanced events setup
Launch 3-5 creative testing frameworks (A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, CTAs) with documented learnings to feed creative strategy
Build custom audience segmentation strategy across platforms, reducing creative fatigue and improving ROAS by 10-15%
Scale profitable channels with 25%+ improvement in CAC efficiency through bid optimization and audience refinement
Develop cross-market audience strategies that account for regional differences in LatAm markets, managing platform overlap
Establish monthly performance reporting cadence with creative, analytics, and P&L teams with actionable optimization recommendations
Train and mentor junior paid specialists on platform best practices, campaign structure, and data-driven decision-making

- You have 5+ years running performance marketing campaigns with proven expertise in Google Ads or Meta Ads at scale
