The Challenge
Fever reaches 300M+ people monthly across 55+ countries in live entertainment. You'll own end-to-end marketing strategy for their fastest-growing markets (US, Canada, LATAM), scaling premium experiences and global IP collaborations to millions of consumers.
Your Mission
Audit current marketing performance across Meta, Google, TikTok; identify quick wins and inefficiencies in budget allocation
Define and document the US market marketing strategy with specific channel mix, audience targeting, and expected CAC/LTV by vertical
Build and onboard your core team; establish weekly cadence with Creative, CRM, Content, Product for cross-functional alignment
Set baseline performance metrics and forecasting models; establish monthly reporting dashboard for leadership visibility
Execute full-scale US marketing strategy; achieve 20%+ YoY growth in demand generation and event ticket conversions
Scale high-performing ad formats across Meta and Google; test 2-3 emerging platforms for breakthrough growth opportunities
Lead team to implement advanced analytics framework; use predictive modeling to optimize budget allocation and channel mix quarterly
Deliver regional marketing plan for Canada and LATAM; align with global leadership on go-to-market timing and localization strategy
KPIs You'll Own
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Track CPA by channel and vertical; optimize toward target benchmarks across Meta, Google, TikTok
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Measure ROAS by campaign and channel; target 3:1+ ROAS minimum, 4:1+ for mature channels
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Monitor repeat purchase rate and average lifetime revenue per customer; improve LTV:CAC ratio to 3:1+
Revenue Growth Rate
Track quarter-over-quarter revenue growth driven by marketing; target regional penetration goals
Marketing Budget ROI
Measure total revenue attributed to marketing spend; ensure P&L targets are met or exceeded

- You're not comfortable with ambiguity; Fever is scaling fast, and you'll need to build strategy in real-time with incomplete data
- You prefer remote work or can't commit to on-site in Buenos Aires; this is a full-time, in-office role
