Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in San Jose, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Head of Digital Marketing and Business Development will be responsible for driving digital transformation strategies and overseeing digital marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing digital projects, leading cross-functional teams, analyzing web performance metrics, and developing growth-focused business strategies. The role requires a strategic thinker who can align marketing goals with business development objectives to expand the platform’s reach.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy to lead and implement growth-focused initiatives
  • Experience in Project Management and Team Leadership to effectively manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of goals
  • Strong skills in Web Analytics to track, optimize, and measure the performance of digital campaigns
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and drive innovative business development efforts
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and a passion for food or culinary industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
