What you'll do
Accountabilities
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of events and partner marketing programs, ensuring strong execution, alignment, and measurable revenue impact:
Own and manage the full events calendar across formats including webinars, trade shows, dinners, happy hours, and co-sponsored activations.
Lead end-to-end event execution, including logistics, venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budgeting, invitations, registration, and on-site delivery.
Manage webinar programs from planning through execution, including speaker coordination, landing pages, promotional assets, and post-event content distribution.
Build and execute pre- and post-event marketing campaigns across email and social channels to maximize attendance and conversion.
Oversee post-event follow-up using HubSpot workflows, ensuring timely, segmented outreach in collaboration with Sales teams.
Track and report on event performance using attribution tools, dashboards, and CRM data to measure pipeline impact and ROI.
Present event results and insights to marketing leadership, including cost per lead and revenue influence metrics.
Manage co-marketing relationships with ecosystem and SaaS partners, coordinating joint webinars, newsletters, and shared campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all initiatives.
Continuously improve event processes, reporting structures, and partner programs to increase efficiency and scalability.
Requirements The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical, and hands-on marketer with strong experience in events and partner-driven growth:
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on event planning and execution.
Proven ability to manage full event lifecycles from concept to post-event reporting and optimization.
Experience in partner marketing or co-marketing programs, ideally within SaaS or ecommerce environments.
Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem is a strong plus.
Strong proficiency with HubSpot, including workflows, lists, email automation, forms, and reporting dashboards.
Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track attribution and measure pipeline impact from events.
Excellent written communication skills for emails, landing pages, social content, and event promotion materials.
Strong multitasking and project management abilities in fast-paced, detail-heavy environments.
A proactive, hands-on mindset with comfort operating across both strategic and operational tasks.
