The Challenge

BNY is capturing a slice of the $80T wealth transfer decade with Advisor Match, a digital referral platform connecting investors to financial advisors. You'll build the partnership engine that turns trusted channels into a scalable demand machine.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and prioritize 50+ potential strategic partners across financial services, workplace benefits, platforms, and adjacent verticals

2

Establish executive relationships with 10-15 tier-1 partner prospects and conduct discovery on partnership fit and value exchange

3

Define 3-5 partnership segment strategies with clear economics, go-to-market plays, and KPI frameworks

4

Close 2-3 pilot partnerships and document playbooks for activation and performance tracking

By 6 Months
1

Sign 8-12 strategic partnerships generating qualified lead pipeline of 500+ monthly referrals

2

Achieve 15%+ conversion rate on partner-sourced leads and $2M+ in attributed revenue

3

Build recurring joint business reviews with top 5 partners, optimizing activation and engagement

4

Develop partner tiering system and establish automated performance dashboards for real-time pipeline visibility

Number of executed partnership agreements, tracked quarterly with tier classification.

Lead Volume & Quality

Monthly qualified leads sourced from partnerships, segmented by partner and conversion potential.

Partner Conversion Rate

Percentage of partner-sourced leads converting to active advisor connections or revenue.

Revenue Attribution

Direct and indirect revenue generated by each partnership, tracked monthly with ROI analysis.

Partner Health Score

Composite metric measuring engagement, performance, and satisfaction across active partnerships.
