The Challenge
A busy real estate agent needs someone to build their personal brand and pipeline through strategic marketing. You'll own the digital presence that attracts qualified leads and converts them into transactions.
Your Mission

Launch initial paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) with $500-$1K budget and establish baseline conversion metrics
Create 5-8 marketing collateral pieces (property showcase templates, agent bio graphics, listing announcement templates)
Establish tracking system for lead source attribution and contact database organization
Grow social media following by 50%+ with engagement rate above 3% across platforms
Generate 20-30 qualified leads per month through paid ads, demonstrating <$50 cost-per-lead
Build reusable marketing systems (email templates, listing promotions, seasonal campaigns) that reduce manual work
Increase agent's visibility through strategic local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and review generation

Cost Per Lead
Track total ad spend divided by qualified leads generated to optimize campaign efficiency.

Monitor likes, comments, shares, and saves as percentage of followers to gauge content resonance.
Lead Conversion Rate
