The Challenge
Propark Mobility is reshaping parking and mobility solutions, and they need someone who can translate complex value propositions into winning proposals and RFPs. You'll be the creative force behind their market-facing content, working directly with sales and leadership to land enterprise deals.
Your Mission
Own the proposal development workflow: establish templates, intake processes, and timelines that reduce RFP response time by 20%
Audit and rebuild marketing collateral library-ensure all decks, case studies, and one-pagers reflect current brand and are client-ready
Support 8-12 active proposals/RFPs with compelling, visually consistent deliverables that highlight competitive differentiation
Map the sales cycle and identify 3-5 repeatable proposal components (value props, case studies, ROI frameworks) that accelerate future responses
Establish proposal win/loss metrics and conduct post-mortem analysis on 5+ closed deals to refine messaging and positioning
Execute 2-3 full marketing campaigns (brochures, digital assets, social content) that increase brand visibility in parking/mobility vertical
Build a research repository on market trends and competitor positioning; publish monthly insights to inform proposal narratives
Mentor junior team members on proposal best practices; systematize your processes so they scale with 30%+ growth in bid volume
