You'll drive commercial success for Eclipse, the industry-leading radiation oncology treatment planning software, by building go-to-market strategies that translate complex clinical capabilities into compelling narratives for oncology professionals across the Americas.
Your Mission
Develop and validate Eclipse value propositions and messaging framework tailored to clinical and commercial buyer personas
Create 3-5 sales enablement assets (one-pagers, presentations, ROI calculators) to equip regional sales teams for immediate deployment
Audit competitive landscape and map Varian's positioning gaps vs. key competitors in treatment planning
Launch first customer engagement campaign (webinar or thought-leadership piece) targeting radiation oncology decision-makers
Execute full go-to-market plan for 2+ Eclipse feature releases with documented adoption metrics and sales feedback
Build and deliver quarterly business reviews with regional sales leadership showing pipeline impact and campaign performance
Establish market intelligence dashboard tracking competitor moves, clinical trends, and regulatory changes impacting treatment planning
Increase Eclipse sales team activation rate by 40%+ through training programs and ongoing enablement content

Is This Role For You?
- You have 5+ years of B2B healthcare or medical device marketing experience with proven GTM execution
- You speak 'clinical'-you understand radiation oncology workflows, terminology, and buyer psychology (or have dosimetry/medical physics background)
- You can translate complex technical capabilities into customer-centric value propositions and compelling narratives
- You thrive managing cross-functional projects with sales, product, and clinical teams across regions
- You lack healthcare/medical technology marketing experience-the oncology context and clinical credibility are non-negotiable
- You're uncomfortable with technical depth; Eclipse is mission-critical software requiring sophisticated positioning
- You need in-office collaboration daily; this is fully remote but requires async project management discipline
