Location: Fully Remote

Salary: $100K-$115K + Bonus + Equity


Growing Boutique Direct-to-Consumer Products Provider seeks Finance Savvy, Entrepreneurial Director of Digital Marketing & Business Development to join their team

Overview: This equity opportunity requires a tech-enabled, strategic, forward-thinking marketer with experience driving impact correlating to increased revenue & expansion of the business. This ideal professional thrives in scaling environments and wants to drive measurable results across digital marketing, finance management, customer acquisition, brand expansion, and strategic partnerships for a stable consumer brand in the pet industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage AI tools for content generation, audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and campaign optimization
  • Implement automation workflows across CRM, email marketing, paid media, and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates, retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging marketing technologies that drive operational efficiency
  • Own social media growth strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Develop high-engagement content strategies leveraging AI-enhanced creative workflows
  • Manage influencer relationships and ambassador programs
  • Oversee paid social campaigns and performance optimization
  • Identify and pursue new revenue channels, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and wholesale expansion opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with company revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to uncover expansion opportunities
  • Support strategic planning for new product launches and category extensions
  • Maintain consistent brand voice while testing innovative digital engagement strategies
  • Build data driven initiatives that deepen customer loyalty
  • Partner with product development to translate customer insights into new offering

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development (DTC or consumer brands preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools for marketing automation, analytics, or content creation
  • Strong understanding of paid social, digital advertising, and performance marketing metrics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
  • Passion for pets and consumer lifestyle brands is a plus
