About Vivid Resume Vivid Resume (imvivid.com) is an AI-powered resume builder that analyzes and fixes resume gaps before generating anything — so job seekers get a resume built on their complete experience, not just a polished version of the same weak document. We are a lean, fast-moving startup in the early stages of growth and we are building the team that will take us to scale. The role You will be the content engine that powers Vivid Resume's organic growth. This is a full-time, focused role — no juggling other clients. You will own our weekly content output across blog, social, and community using a Claude Code + git workflow that requires zero coding experience. What you will own • 2 blog articles per week (drafted with AI, edited and submitted as pull requests) • 10 LinkedIn posts and 10 Twitter/X posts per week • Daily Reddit presence across r/resumes, r/jobs, r/careerguidance • LinkedIn community engagement (8–10 comments per day) • Weekly analytics report for the founder • Notion content calendar and weekly summary What we are looking for • Strong written English — you can edit AI output and make it sound human • Comfortable learning a simple git + Claude Code workflow (training provided) • Self-directed — you can manage your own week from a documented schedule • Detail-oriented — you verify every stat before it goes live • Reliable and communicative — weekly updates, flags issues early What this role is not • Coding experience — not required • Previous SaaS experience — not required, but helpful • Someone managing multiple clients — this is a full-time, single-focus role Tools you will use Claude Code, Notion, GitHub (no coding), LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter/X One more thing A full training guide, prompt library, and documented daily workflow will be provided on day one.
