Marketing Ops Engineer
Intern
to join our Marketing team this summer! The Marketing Ops Engineer Intern will support the growth marketing and website teams. This role will focus on engineering projects related to Talkspace web properties, third party marketing integrations, QA and data management.This internship will provide hands-on experience for website development, marketing integrations and analytics.This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.

Internship Details
- Duration: June 1st, 2026 - August 21st, 2026
- Commitment: 20 hour per week
- Projects: You'll work on 2-3 key initiatives, with one serving as your final deliverable.
- Compensation: Our compensation policy ensures a minimum of $15/hour or the legally required local minimum wage, whichever is greater, to maintain fairness across regions.
- Mentorship: You'll be paired with a Talkspace mentor to guide you throughout the program.
- Support marketing growth projects for Talkspace web properties and third party marketing integrations
- Support AB testing initiatives, including building and analyzing tests in Webflow Optimize
- Analyze data infrastructure that feeds into analytics, product, and marketing systems
- Support web team for QA and debugging across Talkspace Web Properties
- Develop insights and recommendations that inform web strategy and development workflows.
- Identify areas to incorporate AI tools / agents to streamline workflows and analysis.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in tag and data integration QA with in-house and third-party connectors.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript. SQL and React knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of ad technologies, including ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies.
- Understanding of APIs and network requests.
- Experience with 3rd Party Marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Appsflyer, etc.), CRM platforms (such as Braze), technologies (i.e. Facebook Pixel, Google Ads API) and analytics tools (Mixpanel) preferred.
