What you'll do
An International entertainment/streaming brand seeking a technically proficient and highly organized CRM Marketing Operations Manager to lead lifecycle campaign execution across a global, subscription-based streaming business. This role blends hands-on technical execution with strategic partnership, ensuring high-performing, compliant, and scalable customer communications across multiple international markets.
This is a fully remote position requiring availability in the Pacific time zone to support global teams across APAC.
- $45-51 per hour
- 12pm-8pm M-TH, Regular 9-5 Fridays
- 6+ months, PST
- Build, test, and deploy CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging channels.
- Develop and modify HTML email templates from asset files; communicate complex technical requirements to developers when needed.
- Execute audience segmentation and message trafficking using advanced targeting capabilities within lifecycle platforms.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives, ensuring proper test design and unbiased execution.
- Drive continuous messaging optimization using engagement, retention, and behavioral data.
- Champion lifecycle best practices across channels to improve subscriber growth and long-term value.
- Implement and audit tracking parameters and analytic encoding to measure campaign performance.
- Monitor messaging programs, proactively flag risks, and deliver actionable reporting and ad hoc insights.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements across markets.
- Create and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
- Partner cross-functionally with regional marketing strategists and technical teams to align execution with business objectives.
- Operate within Agile workflows (Jira/Confluence), balancing speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- 4+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally within subscription, streaming, or digital product environments.
- Strong hands-on experience across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging channels.
- Proficiency in SQL (required).
- Experience with Braze or similar lifecycle marketing platforms (certification preferred).
- Working knowledge of template scripting languages such as AMPscript or Liquid.
- Ability to build and optimize HTML emails.
- Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and messaging optimization best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong communication skills and experience supporting globally distributed stakeholder teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
