The Challenge
LegalOn is the trusted AI platform for legal teams at 8,000+ companies worldwide. You'll architect the systems and processes that fuel their GTM engine as they scale-reporting directly to leadership with full visibility into growth metrics that actually move the needle.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize the current martech stack (HubSpot, GA, Clay, Zapier, Webflow); identify gaps and quick wins
Build lead scoring and routing workflows that improve sales efficiency by 20%+ and reduce manual handoffs
Create weekly/monthly reporting dashboards that give GTM leadership real-time visibility into pipeline, ROI, and campaign performance
Implement database hygiene protocols and establish data governance standards across marketing and sales
Launch multi-channel nurture campaigns with accurate audience segmentation and automated email workflows
Own full funnel optimization analysis; identify and execute on top 3-5 conversion bottlenecks
Scale martech infrastructure to support 2-3x growth in campaign volume and lead volume
Build internal ops playbooks and documentation so the Growth team can self-serve on common tasks

Lead Quality Score
Track qualified lead volume and conversion rates by source to measure lead scoring accuracy.
Campaign ROI
Calculate revenue attributed to marketing campaigns vs. spend to prove GTM effectiveness.
Pipeline Contribution
Measure marketing-sourced pipeline as % of total and influence on closed deals.
Martech Stack Efficiency
Monitor tool adoption rates, integration health, and cost-per-lead across the full stack.

Is This Role For You?
- You've built marketing ops from the ground up at a scaling SaaS startup and love the operational puzzle
- You're obsessed with data-you see messy databases and broken workflows and get excited to fix them
- You have hands-on HubSpot mastery and can connect the dots between martech tools (Clay, Zapier, etc.)
- You're comfortable with light technical work (HTML/JS, basic Webflow tweaks) and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty
- You want high visibility-you report to leadership, own metrics that matter, and see your work directly impact growth
- You're looking for a pure analytics role; this is ops-heavy with significant process design and system management
- You need remote flexibility-this is on-site in San Francisco (though 'full flex' suggests some negotiation room)
- You're new to SaaS MOps or lack hands-on experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, and data management
