What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Execute ongoing marketing operations across the student loans marketplace, ensuring accuracy in content, compliance updates, and partner configurations.
Process lender-driven compliance changes, including APR updates and disclosures, across landing pages and internal systems.
Build, maintain, and analyze performance dashboards and marketing reports using Google Sheets and internal tools.
Manage landing page content updates, lender placements, and promotional experiments across digital properties.
Support affiliate marketing operations including campaign setup, tracking configuration, and creative asset distribution.
Reconcile partner billing, invoices, and financial records while identifying and resolving discrepancies across stakeholders.
Maintain payout structures, revenue terms, and compensation data within internal systems for accurate reporting.
Manage contract workflows in a CLM system, supporting onboarding, renewals, and stakeholder coordination.
Act as a central operational point of contact between marketing, finance, legal, and external partners.
Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in marketing operations, affiliate marketing, account management, financial operations, or similar roles.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong attention to detail with experience working on regulated content, financial data, or contract-based workflows.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong prioritization and follow-through.
Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms (e.g., affiliate tracking, CMS, contract tools).
Strong communication skills, particularly in written form for partner and stakeholder coordination.
Experience with billing reconciliation, invoice review, or financial operations is a plus.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Voluum, Everflow) or CMS tools such as WordPress is a plus.
Exposure to AI tools or automation for operational efficiency is an advantage.
