Marketing Operations Manager

- $20 Per Hour W2
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced marketing function where you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across budget management, reporting, CRM workflows, and program support. This project offers the chance to bring structure, clarity, and measurable impact to a growing team.

They are a well established organisation operating within a dynamic and data driven industry. Their teams collaborate closely across Marketing, Sales, and Operations, focusing on efficiency, consistency, and actionable insights. They are expanding their marketing capabilities and need a contractor who can bring organisation, process thinking, and analytical rigour to their workflows. You will join a collaborative environment where operational precision and cross functional alignment are highly valued.
The Role and Deliverables:
You will support the marketing function by bringing structure to reporting, budgeting, and program delivery. Deliverables include:
• Tracking and reconciling marketing budgets, spend records, invoices and forecasting
• Compiling and maintaining KPI reporting across programs, campaigns and channels
• Managing CRM administration including data hygiene, tracking, and workflow optimisation
• Supporting marketing program and event operations including timelines, logistics and documentation
• Coordinating cross functional project activity and maintaining centralised documentation
• Aiding campaign setup, launches and operational administration to improve efficiency
Your Skills and Experience:
• Strong experience in marketing operations or marketing analytics
• Confident working with budgets, spend tracking and financial documentation
• Skilled in dashboards, spreadsheets, CRM systems and data accuracy
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Collaborative communicator with experience supporting cross functional teams
