What you'll do
This is an enterprise sales seat for someone who can turn a room full of stakeholders into one deal, then make sure the numbers still work. If you know how to win large agency accounts and keep a cross-functional team pointed at the same business problem, this could be your kind of fight.
What the role really is
You’ll help Wpromote win new enterprise clients and grow its presence inside complex organizations. You’ll work with the SVP of Enterprise Growth on account strategy, then lead the sales process from first meeting through negotiation and close.
The job is part storytelling, part deal discipline. You need to get strategy, media, creative, data, and technology teams behind one proposal, while staying sharp on pricing, margins, and whether the opportunity is worth pursuing.
What you'll do
- Set enterprise targeting strategy with the SVP of Enterprise Growth and build plans for named accounts.
- Lead RFI and RFP responses, bringing teams together around a clear story and solution.
- Own executive meetings from the initial conversation to the final presentation.
- Negotiate scope, staffing, pricing, and contract structure.
- Build relationships across buying committees and connect Wpromote’s offering to senior business problems.
- Tailor value propositions by industry and buyer, and find opportunities across data, commerce, brand, performance, and technology.
- Forecast strategically and manage deal risk using MEDDIC.
- Work with delivery leaders on scalable onboarding and account growth.
- Partner with Marketing and PR on enterprise wins and thought leadership.
- Represent Wpromote at industry events and build executive relationships with prospects and industry influencers.
What they want
- 10+ years in agency growth, enterprise sales, or strategic business development.
- A record of closing large, multi-year AOR deals in the $50 to $100MM range.
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing, media, data, and digital transformation.
- Strong financial judgment across pricing, margins, and deal modeling.
- Experience with Command of the Message and/or MEDDIC, and comfort running deals in Salesforce.
- Skill navigating complex procurement and closing commercial negotiations.
- The ability to lead strategy, media, creative, data, technology, and analytics teams without direct authority.
- Executive presence and strong presentation skills.
- A clear-eyed approach to opportunity fit, right to win, and deal economics.
- Composure and resilience through competitive, high-stakes sales cycles.
Why it's interesting
You’ll help shape how Wpromote goes after enterprise accounts, not just work a pipeline. The role puts you in the middle of major deals, with room to shape proposals, build senior relationships, and connect a wide range of agency capabilities to client needs.
