What you'll do

If you think influencer marketing ends at creator selection and a campaign recap, this job will expose the gaps. Wpromote wants a leader who can make creator work perform across the funnel, keep enterprise clients close, and help a team get sharper.

What the role really is

You’ll own the quality and direction of influencer and creator work across a portfolio, while staying close enough to the details to step in when a campaign gets complicated. Part senior client partner, part team coach, part operator.

What you'll do

  • Set strategy and quality standards across influencer and creator accounts.
  • Lead full-funnel programs tied to client goals, audience insights, cultural relevance, platform behavior, and measurable KPIs.
  • Manage select enterprise clients and handle complex or escalated needs.
  • Coach teammates, guide campaign reviews, and support development. You may directly manage team members.
  • Step in across the campaign lifecycle, from creator vetting and negotiation through launch, optimization, and reporting.
  • Shape onboarding, staffing, scopes, budgets, forecasts, and account operations.
  • Use creator, content, audience, media, and business data to find insights and tell a clear story about results.
  • Connect creator work with paid social, creative, analytics, and other teams, including guidance on usage rights, partnership ads, testing, and paid media handoffs.
  • Improve campaign workflows, measurement, training materials, documentation, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Support pitches, audits, account growth, trainings, and thought leadership. Some travel may be required.

What they want

  • 5 to 7 years in influencer and creator marketing, in an agency or in-house, with hands-on ownership of complex client programs.
  • At least 1 year managing people, with a track record of coaching and holding a team to high standards.
  • Deep experience building and running creator strategies across awareness, consideration, conversion, retention, content production, and paid amplification.
  • Experience leading enterprise programs across brands, business lines, regions, or stakeholder groups.
  • Strong command of campaign operations, creator relationships, negotiation, usage rights, content review, FTC compliance, optimization, and reporting.
  • A sharp analytical instinct: set KPIs, read performance, find meaningful insights, and connect results to business goals.
  • Experience with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, Tagger, or Fohr, plus working knowledge of web and social analytics.
  • Familiarity with major and emerging social platforms and creator-commerce ecosystems.
  • Working knowledge of paid social and creator media integration.
  • Strong client communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with account growth, scope development, audits, or pitches.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Excel or Google Sheets, Google Slides, Asana, or similar tools.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Why it's interesting

This is a chance to shape how creator marketing works across strategy, client service, paid media, measurement, and team development. You’ll have enterprise-level responsibility and a hand in improving the systems behind the work.
