Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and ecommerce growth, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
This role involves collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Director, CEO, and internal marketing team to develop and optimize marketing initiatives across paid media, email and SMS marketing, SEO, affiliate marketing, and ecommerce platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical and data-driven, with experience managing paid advertising campaigns, building retargeting funnels, improving website conversion rates, and leveraging data to make strategic marketing decisions. This position is heavily focused on the technical and performance side of marketing and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, optimizing systems, and identifying opportunities for growth.
To be a good fit for this job you should: Have experience running successful digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid media platforms.
Be highly analytical and comfortable making decisions based on data and performance metrics.
Have experience building and optimizing customer acquisition funnels and retargeting campaigns.
Understand SEO best practices, including keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO.
Have experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Understand ecommerce metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, customer lifetime value, and attribution.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to wear multiple hats.
Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Build, manage, and optimize customer acquisition and retargeting funnels.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, customer lifetime value, and funnel performance.
Accurate reporting and attribution tracking across marketing channels.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
Perform technical SEO audits and work to improve site structure, crawlability, indexing, and search performance.
Ability to identify and implement conversion rate optimization opportunities across the website and landing pages.
Build and optimize Email and SMS marketing automations, customer segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
Support affiliate marketing initiatives and identify new customer acquisition opportunities.
Maintain marketing dashboards and reporting systems to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with team members to improve the overall ecommerce customer experience and drive sales.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications Proven experience in growth marketing, ecommerce marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms.
Strong understanding of ecommerce strategies and online sales optimization.
Experience building and optimizing customer acquisition funnels and retargeting campaigns.
Working knowledge of SEO principles, technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of attribution, reporting, and marketing analytics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the hunting, outdoor, agriculture, or sporting goods industry is strongly preferred.
