What you'll do
You will run the commercial engine across several software businesses, from marketing investment to bookings. This job suits a leader who can connect strategy to the weekly work of building pipeline and closing revenue.
What the role really is
You’re the senior commercial leader for AssetWorks Facilities, with responsibility across AssetWorks Core, WebCheckout, Q Ware, SoftChalk, and future portfolio businesses. Sales and Marketing need to work from one playbook, with clear ownership of revenue performance across the portfolio.
What you'll do
- Set go-to-market strategy across the portfolio and focus sales and marketing effort on the strongest revenue opportunities.
- Own bookings, revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline coverage.
- Lead positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and brand strategy.
- Build sales processes and operating rhythms for new business and back-to-base growth.
- Guide CRM strategy, pipeline governance, revenue reporting, and AI-enabled commercial tooling.
- Work with Product leaders on pricing, packaging, positioning, and market expansion.
- Recruit, coach, and retain marketing leaders, sales managers, account executives, and solution engineers.
- Contribute to strategic planning, operational reviews, and company-wide initiatives as a Senior Leadership Team member.
What they want
- A track record leading both Sales and Marketing in a multi-product software or SaaS business.
- Strong pipeline generation, forecasting, and revenue operations experience, with a history of predictable bookings growth.
- 10+ years of commercial leadership in software, SaaS, or recurring-revenue businesses.
- Experience owning a portfolio or multiple product lines with different customer segments and go-to-market motions.
- Deep knowledge of vertical market software, SaaS economics, and recurring-revenue models.
- Comfort with CRM platforms, marketing automation, forecasting, and analytics.
- Strong executive communication and negotiation skills, from end users through C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a Volaris or Constellation Software portfolio company is strongly preferred. Familiarity with higher education or facilities management markets, and experience scaling commercial functions across acquired businesses, are also preferred.
Why it's interesting
This is a broad commercial leadership seat with influence over strategy, systems, team development, and product commercialization. If you like making several product lines pull in the same direction, this role gives you the scope to do it.
