What you'll do

🛠 What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive GTM growth experiments and measure results (outbound - warm and cold, events, SEO, product-led growth tactics)
  • Prep and follow-through on strategic meetings (Board, enterprise deals, hiring, etc.)
  • Keep the trains running (calendar triage, email delegation, prioritization hygiene)
  • Ruthlessly optimize what’s slowing us down — and build systems that scale

🧬 You Might Be a Fit If

  • You’ve got 1–3 years experience in high-intensity environments (early-stage startup, consulting, or SDR / BDR roles)
  • You're insanely organized, detail-obsessed, and allergic to dropped balls. You close every single loop.
  • You’re technical enough to run Clay, Zapier, Hubspot automations, and leverage AI workflows (no coding experience required)
  • You’ve built something — a product, a process, a community, a growth experiment — and shipped it fast
  • Prior experience in early stage startups selling to enterprise is a big plus
