The Challenge
The CLEAR is a nationally recognized cannabis brand looking for a marketing manager who can own content creation, visual design, and multi-channel distribution. You'll drive engagement across digital and print platforms while managing campaign execution from strategy through delivery.
Your Mission
Establish content calendar and publishing cadence across 3+ channels (social, email, blog, web)
Audit and organize existing marketing assets; set up project management workflow in HubSpot
Ship 5-8 pieces of original content (blog posts, social graphics, email campaigns) with performance benchmarks
Map out Q2-Q3 campaign themes and coordinate 2 major promotional initiatives
Increase organic social engagement by 25% through consistent, brand-aligned content strategy
Build and document brand guidelines for web, social, and print; train team on consistency standards
Execute 4 integrated campaigns that tie content, email, and social; measure conversion impact per channel
Establish monthly marketing ops reporting on campaign performance, asset turnover, and content ROI

Is This Role For You?
- You have 3-5 years in marketing generalist roles, ideally in cannabis or highly regulated industries
- You're proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, and HubSpot—and comfortable learning new platforms
- You can juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing organization or quality
- You enjoy hands-on content creation, design, and campaign coordination—not just strategy
- You need remote flexibility or work-from-home options; this role is on-site only in Colorado
- You lack practical experience with design tools (Canva/Adobe) or project management software
- You prefer to specialize in one channel (e.g., social-only or email-only) rather than owning the full marketing mix
