The Challenge

Teramind is the AI-driven insider risk platform trusted by enterprises to protect people, data, and operations. You'll own the entire demand generation engine—from strategy through execution—driving $90M+ pipeline and scaling their go-to-market as they dominate the user behavior analytics space.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing demand gen programs across all paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, X, Bing, Reddit) and identify quick wins to improve CAC and pipeline velocity

Build and launch 2-3 new ABM campaigns targeting strategic accounts, coordinating with sales on personalized multi-touch sequences

Design lead scoring model and marketing automation workflows in HubSpot that accurately predict sales-ready opportunities

4

Establish baseline attribution reporting and campaign ROI dashboards to connect all demand gen activity to revenue outcomes

By 6 Months
1

Deliver $20M+ in qualified pipeline from demand gen programs, with clear attribution to channel and campaign

Expand paid media channel mix—test and optimize performance across all 7+ platforms, killing underperformers and doubling down on high-ROI channels

Scale ABM program to 15+ strategic accounts with personalized creative, landing pages, and nurture sequences

4

Lead creative refresh for cybersecurity/insider risk messaging—position technical products as business-critical and relevant to C-suite buyers

Percentage of marketing-qualified leads that convert to sales opportunities; benchmark across channels and ABM vs. demand gen.

Channel ROI

Revenue influenced by each paid channel divided by channel spend; used to optimize budget allocation monthly.

ABM Account Engagement Score

Custom metric tracking multi-touch engagement and progression of target accounts through the buying journey.

CAC by Segment

Customer acquisition cost segmented by audience, channel, and campaign to identify most efficient go-to-market motions.

For You If
  • You've owned $90M+ pipeline targets in B2B SaaS and can tie marketing activity directly to revenue (no vanity metrics)
  • You're hands-on with paid media across 5+ platforms and know how to kill underperformers ruthlessly based on data
  • You can speak the language of technical/boring industries (cybersecurity, insider risk) and make them feel urgent and relevant to buyers
  • You're equally comfortable building strategy in a boardroom and diving into HubSpot workflows, A/B tests, and attribution models yourself
Won't Work If
  • You've only ever owned 1-2 paid channels; this role demands breadth and platform agility
  • You're a 'marketing theory' VP who doesn't roll up sleeves—this is a hands-on execution role, not pure strategy
  • You can't connect marketing spend to pipeline and revenue; attribution and data discipline are non-negotiable
