What you'll do
We’re building a suite of AI-powered apps for residential construction businesses. Estimating, receipts, mileage, admin. The boring stuff that makes contractors real money. We’re looking for a young, hungry growth operator who wants to work hard, move fast, and figure things out. You should have: • Real exposure to residential construction (you worked in it, your family did, your partner does, or you grew up around it) • Strong instincts for growth and experimentation • High energy and a bias toward action • Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving without perfect information • A desire to build something big, not just run isolated campaigns This role is for someone who: • Is scrappy, relentless, and resourceful • Learns by doing • Cares more about outcomes than titles • Takes ownership and pushes through walls when things are blocked • Is excited by speed, responsibility, and accountability What you’ll do: • Help grow a portfolio of apps used by real residential construction businesses • Run and iterate on growth experiments across paid, organic, content, and partnerships • Work closely with the founders on both strategy and execution • Turn insights into action quickly and consistently This is not a 9–5. This is not a “brand” role. This is a chance to learn faster than almost anywhere else and have real ownership early. If you don’t match every bullet but are excited about the role, we care far more about potential and drive than perfectly matching a job description.

About Growth Marketing Roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
