What you'll do
Si cuentas con Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Administración, Negocios o carrera afín, cursos o diplomados en trade marketing, retail, marketing digital o analítica, certificaciones en Certificaciones , es tu oportunidad de unirte a nuestro equipo de trabajo.
Buscamos profesionales con 5 a 8 años en marketing comercial / trade marketing; mínimo 3 en retail o distribución , deseable: materiales para construcción, ferretería, acabados, impermeabilizantes o industria afín.
Conocimientos específicos
· Trade marketing, Shopper Marketing, visual merchandising, planogramas y category management.
· CRM, embudos B2B, cotizaciones y ciclos de compra de proyectos de construcción.
· Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, GA4, SEO local y WhatsApp Business.
· Indicadores comerciales: tasa de conversión, margen de contribución, ROAS y ROMI.
· Pricing promocional, presupuestos, pruebas A/B, Excel avanzado y dashboards Power BI.
· Comunicación técnica de productos y cuidado de especificaciones sin sustituir a ingeniería o fabricante.
Sueldo: $20,000.00 al mes
