The Challenge

QuadSci is building the OS for modern go-to-market—connecting product usage to revenue outcomes using AI. You'll design and automate the systems that power how they acquire, activate, and grow customers, working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current GTM tech stack (Salesforce, outbound tools, enrichment platforms) and identify 2-3 high-impact integration or automation opportunities

2

Design and prototype one AI-powered workflow (e.g., routing, enrichment, or outbound) and measure baseline performance metrics

3

Build a dashboard tracking adoption, ROI, and KPIs for GTM systems across Sales and Marketing teams

4

Document GTM process inefficiencies and propose 3+ experiments to test in month 4+

By 6 Months
1

Ship and measure 4+ AI-powered GTM workflows with documented ROI; target 20%+ efficiency gain or pipeline impact

2

Own end-to-end integration strategy across Salesforce, enrichment, and outbound tools with automated data validation

3

Run 6+ GTM experiments (routing, messaging, targeting, timing) and scale winning motions across Sales and Marketing

4

Establish yourself as internal GTM AI subject-matter expert; mentor 1-2 team members on AI/LLM applications

KPIs You'll Own

GTM Workflow Adoption Rate

% of Sales and Marketing team using AI-powered systems you've built; target 80%+ within 6 months.

Pipeline Impact / Revenue Influence

Incremental pipeline or revenue attributed to your GTM systems and experiments.

Experiment Velocity & Win Rate

Number of GTM experiments shipped per quarter and % that result in scaled motions (target 3+ per month, 30%+ winner rate).

System Reliability & Data Quality

Uptime of integrations and % of clean, validated data flowing through GTM systems (target 99%+ uptime, <2% error rate).

Time-to-Value for New GTM Initiatives

Days from concept to rollout; measure speed of prototyping, testing, and adoption enablement.

Your Team

Your Manager

Not specified; likely VP GTM, VP Sales, or Head of Marketing

Current Team

Not specified; you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

New role to scale GTM systems as company grows

The Package

Salary

$140K-$180K base

Remote

On-site with occasional in-person collaboration (remote-first culture, but role requires regular in-office presence)

Benefits & Perks

Work on cutting-edge AI applications in GTM (not just operations)
End-to-end project ownership from 0→1 through adoption
Cross-functional exposure to Sales, Marketing, and Product strategy
Opportunity to define an emerging discipline (GTM Engineering)
Learning budget for AI/ML and GTM tools experimentation

Company Intelligence

QuadSci uses AI to analyze trillions of telemetry events and connect product usage to revenue outcomes. They help customers eliminate surprise churn, uncover growth, and align GTM teams on evidence-based actions. Named 'Machine Learning Company of the Year' by AI Breakthrough Awards.

Culture

Builder-first, experimental, cross-functional; explicitly not traditional marketing operations.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've built integrations or workflows in GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and understand the full tech stack
  • You're comfortable writing Python/SQL to solve real GTM problems and can prototype AI solutions using OpenAI/Claude APIs
  • You love running experiments, analyzing results, and scaling what works—and killing what doesn't
  • You're energized by ambiguity and want to help define an emerging discipline, not execute a playbook
  • You can own projects end-to-end and drive adoption across Sales and Marketing without hand-holding
Won't Work If
  • You expect a clear, predefined role with minimal ambiguity; GTM Engineering is still being defined
  • You're primarily a marketer or analyst who doesn't code; this role requires hands-on technical execution (Python, SQL, APIs)
  • You prefer deep specialization in one tool or motion vs. broad systems thinking across acquisition, activation, and pipeline

Interview Process

1

Initial Conversation

Discuss your GTM tech stack experience, AI/LLM projects, and interest in defining GTM Engineering.

2

Technical Deep-Dive

Walk through a past integration or automation project; discuss your approach to data validation, testing, and rollout.

3

GTM Challenge

Design or prototype a small AI-powered workflow (e.g., lead routing, enrichment) using a real GTM scenario.

4

Cross-Functional Conversation

Meet with Sales/Marketing leaders to discuss how you'd identify and prioritize GTM inefficiencies.

5

Final Round

Meet with leadership; discuss company vision for GTM systems and your role in scaling them.
