What you'll do

The marketing site is the front door to Mixpanel’s pipeline. This role owns the machinery behind it, from the form a prospect submits to the data that lands in the CRM.

What the role really is

You’re the engineering owner for the technical side of Revenue Marketing’s website. You set the roadmap, keep lead capture reliable, and make the integrations work across the marketing site and GTM stack.

You’ll work directly with Marketing and alongside Growth Engineering on shared systems. The web design team owns design and content. You own what makes the site function.

What you'll do

  • Own site health, including page speed, accessibility, technical SEO, Google Tag Manager, and integrations such as Qualified, Optimizely, and TrustArc.
  • Keep lead data flowing reliably from website forms into Salesforce, Customer.io, HubSpot, and the broader GTM stack.
  • Build and maintain the front end of the form system, including its UI, fields, and validation. Partner with Growth Engineering on backend routing and orchestration.
  • Set up monitoring and alerts for lead capture failures, then drive issues through to resolution.
  • Build front-end work in Framer and partner with web design on components, patterns, and custom interactions.
  • Choose and sequence the work that matters most for Marketing. Document the plan and tradeoffs before building.
  • Keep multiple workstreams moving, from integrations to migrations and experimentation dependencies.
  • Address technical debt and make clear calls about when to ship quickly and when to invest in durability.

What they want

  • At least 2 years of full-stack engineering experience, with clear ownership of production systems and an interest in GTM engineering.
  • Daily production coding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for marketing websites.
  • Strong JavaScript skills and working proficiency in Python.
  • Experience designing and debugging production webhook integrations and data pipelines.
  • Experience with Framer or a similar component-based visual CMS.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B marketing systems, including CRMs, marketing automation, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools.
  • Experience with reverse ETL or data sync platforms such as Hightouch or Census.
  • The ability to turn unclear requests from nontechnical partners into a scoped plan and ship it end to end.
  • Clear explanations of technical tradeoffs and the judgment to stand by a sound position with engineering partners.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Google Pub/Sub or event-driven pipelines, Optimizely, VWO, or a product-led growth company.

Why it's interesting

You’re the dedicated engineer for a high impact surface, with room to set its technical direction. The work connects the website directly to pipeline, and you’ll own the systems from form experience through data flow while partnering with Marketing and Growth Engineering.

Salary

$130,000 to $176,000 USD total target cash compensation.
