The Challenge

MindWell Urgent Care is a growing psychiatry practice in Dallas offering specialized treatments like Spravato and TMS. You'll build their digital presence from the ground up, turning complex mental health treatments into compelling, HIPAA-compliant content that drives patient acquisition.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Develop and launch integrated social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok with consistent posting calendar

Create 12+ educational content pieces explaining Spravato, TMS, and psychiatry services for non-expert audiences

Set up and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns targeting local patient demographics with $X monthly spend

Establish baseline metrics: engagement rate, follower growth, website traffic attribution, and lead source tracking

Grow social following 100%+ and achieve 3-5% engagement rate across primary platforms

  • You've managed social media for 2+ years and understand healthcare compliance (HIPAA basics matter here)
  • You can explain complex psychiatric treatments in simple, compelling language for diverse audiences
  • You're comfortable running paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and optimizing for lead generation
  • You want flexible part-time work (15-20 hrs/week) that lets you build something from scratch
  • You're data-driven and can tie content/campaigns back to actual patient acquisition metrics
