What you'll do
The Role: We’re looking for a technically-oriented MBA Marketing Intern with meaningful marketing experience and deep knowledge and efficacy with AI. This is not an entry-level internship; we want someone who has operated in real environments (ideally startups), built campaigns, shaped narratives, and understands how marketing drives business outcomes.This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and GTM systems. You will help translate positioning into target account selection, segmentation, signal-based campaigns, automation, and measurable pipeline outcomes. We value someone who can connect storytelling to growth, who is technical, and who has a bias towards action. You’ll work closely with leadership to sharpen Mighty’s voice, strengthen our market positioning, and support high-impact marketing initiatives, all while using AI as a strategic multiplier, not just a productivity hack. You will also greatly contribute and often take the lead in developing strategy, executing campaigns, and creating content that resonates at the intersection of technology, fairness, and consumer empowerment. This role will be based out of our NYC Flatiron Office for the 2026 summer season. What You’ll Do: Use LLMs and workflow tools to automate research, message testing, list enrichment, segmentation and creative iteration. Evaluate and implement AInative tools that improve campaign spend, targeting accuracy, and operational leverage. Develop and refine Mighty’s brand voice. Craft compelling written and visual content for web, social, thought leadership, and product launches. Who You Are: Currently enrolled in a top MBA program with a focus on marketing, with 3+ years of prior marketing experience (startup experience strongly preferred) Strong foundation in brand strategy, positioning, and narrative development, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories Equally comfortable in the creative and analytical sides of marketing; customer-focused, data-driven, and brand-obsessed Experienced working with CRM systems, segmentation, and lifecycle workflows, and able to translate signals and data into actionable GTM plays Fluent in AI tools and experimentation, using them to drive research, personalization, testing, and marketing leverage Compensation: $25-$50/hour, DOE
