The Challenge
ListLab is a funded startup launching end of Q2 2026 with a live product and proven channels. You'll architect and execute a multi-channel outbound engine (email, LinkedIn, social) from zero to scaled—owning the full funnel, stack, and results.
Your Mission
Launch multi-channel pipeline live across email, LinkedIn, and one additional channel (Facebook, social DMs, or community) with sequences running and reporting
Connect full tech stack (CRM, outreach tools, enrichment, analytics) into unified workflow with UTM tracking and attribution dashboards operational
Establish domain health, deliverability, and list hygiene; get sequences live with open, reply, and meeting booked metrics tracked
Run 3-4 early experiments producing initial data and identified bottlenecks ready for iteration
Document and operationalize playbooks so other team members can execute and scale the outbound systems independently
Identify and resolve critical bottlenecks; iterate rapidly on channel mix and messaging based on performance data
Achieve at least one channel producing qualified leads with clear handoff to sales; measure pipeline contribution
Scale multi-channel motion from pilot to repeatable, measurable system with predictable cost-per-qualified-lead

Qualified leads produced weekly/monthly by email, LinkedIn, social, and community; track cost-per-lead by channel.
Email Deliverability & Engagement
Domain reputation, bounce rate, open rate, reply rate, and click-through rate across sequences.
Outbound Conversion Funnel
Leads touched → replies → meetings booked → qualified handoff; measure drop-off and optimize each stage.
Tech Stack Efficiency
Time-to-launch new sequence, manual data entry hours eliminated, automation coverage % of outbound workflow.
Attribution & ROI
Revenue sourced from outbound by channel; payback period and contribution to company fundraising narrative.

- You thrive in early-stage chaos; you can contextualize a 3-month sprint to launch knowing long-term permanence follows success
- You speak fluently in metrics: you measure, debug, and optimize funnels; you can articulate why a channel is working or breaking
- You need a fully defined playbook, manager oversight, or slow decision-making; this role is high-trust and high-speed
- You're uncomfortable with equity risk or flexible engagement; this is a funded startup pre-launch, not a Series C stability play
- You don't want to get hands-on in tools; this is an execution role, not a strategy-only role. You build, launch, and iterate.
