What you'll do
Build the system that tells LaunchDarkly which user signal matters, what to do next, and whether it moved an account forward. This is a hands-on growth analytics role for someone who can turn messy behavior into better decisions across marketing, product, and sales.
What the role really is
You’ll connect product activity, marketing engagement, and account intent to decide who gets what next. Then you’ll make sure those signals trigger the right action and measure whether it worked.
What you'll do
- Audit and organize first-party, third-party, product, and marketing signals across contacts and enterprise accounts.
- Separate practitioner activity, like SDK deployment, from broader enterprise intent, like a security evaluation.
- Work with Data Engineering and RevOps to clean, enrich, and maintain high-intent data.
- Use signal combinations, recency, and frequency to improve predictive models, lead routing, and account prioritization.
- Set next steps for users and accounts based on segment, fit, and stage, from tailored content to human outreach or automated sales handoffs.
- Lead the rollout and upkeep of activation workflows across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Data.
- Help shape sales tools that bring product affinity, app usage, intent, and account fit together.
- Build feedback loops with Product Advocates, SDRs, and sales reps to improve signal quality.
- Analyze conversion from signal capture through activation, handoff, and pipeline generation.
- Design and run experiments on onboarding, messaging, and routing.
- Maintain analytics configuration, tracking, and data flows across web, marketing, and product analytics systems.
What they want
- 8 to 10 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or PLG strategy at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS growth, product-led growth, marketing technology, and revenue analytics.
- A track record of working across Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Product.
- The judgment to set your own approach on complex, ambiguous problems.
- Hands-on experience with GA360 or GA4, product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel, CDPs, SQL, and CRM or marketing automation platforms.
Why it's interesting
The job sits where product behavior meets revenue. You’ll shape how LaunchDarkly spots intent, chooses an action, and learns from the outcome, with room to own complex work across several teams.

About Growth Marketing roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
