What you'll do
You’ll make Lattice’s ecosystem count in the market. This role is for a partner marketer who can turn integrations into customer stories, joint campaigns, and real routes to buyers beyond HR.
What the role really is
You own the go-to-market work around Lattice’s partners and integrations. That means shaping how partners bring Lattice to customers, working with Product on what gets built, and making the value clear to managers and business leaders as well as HR buyers.
What you'll do
- Set partner-facing go-to-market strategy and packaging for ecosystem partnerships and integrations.
- Build joint launches, campaigns, events, content, customer stories, and executive programs with strategic partners.
- Turn integration capabilities into clear use cases, customer value, and positioning.
- Create repeatable partner marketing across co-marketing, field activation, account opportunities, customer advocacy, and sales enablement.
- Work with Sales and Field Marketing on events, regional programs, account opportunities, and customer-facing moments.
- Pick partners that can expand distribution, credibility, pipeline, and category presence.
- Own partner launch timing and marketplace opportunities, and represent Lattice at partner events.
- Help partners understand Lattice’s integration capabilities, limitations, and dependencies.
- Set goals, measure results, and use them to guide future partner plans and investments.
What they want
- 8+ years in partner or ecosystem marketing, alliances, field marketing, or a related B2B SaaS go-to-market role.
- Experience building joint go-to-market programs with technology partners, including campaigns, events, content, launches, and sales activation.
- Skill translating technical products and integrations into customer stories and commercial programs.
- Strong cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Field Marketing.
- A track record of managing multiple partner and internal relationships, setting priorities, and taking programs from idea through execution.
- Clear writing and communication, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- A practical, metrics-minded approach to program performance and partner value.
- Confidence representing Lattice with senior partner contacts and in external settings.
- HR technology, AI, or adjacent work-tech experience is a plus.
Why it's interesting
The ecosystem spans AI and work-tech partners such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Slack. The opportunity is to make those relationships help Lattice reach managers and functional leaders, while building measurable partner pipeline and a stronger presence across partner marketplaces and channels.
