Your Mission

Establish content calendar and production workflow shipping 8-12 assets weekly across video, static, and written formats

Build creative testing framework for paid ads with documented performance baseline across Meta, TikTok, Google

Create 20+ UGC/testimonial video assets from member success stories and coach spotlights

Set up AI-augmented content production pipeline (Claude, Midjourney, video gen tools) reducing production time by 40%

Achieve 3+ hero content pieces with 6-figure+ reach and documented conversion lift to landing pages

Scale freelance team operations with documented briefs, feedback loops, and quality standards reducing revision cycles

  • You're a strategist who talks about content in the abstract—Kickoff wants someone who makes things and ships weekly
  • You're not comfortable being hands-on; this is 70% production, 30% process/strategy
  • You need extensive hand-holding on tools or creative direction; Head of Growth is your manager, not daily Creative Director

Final conversation with your direct manager on vision, strategy, and your approach to scaling creative output
