What you'll do
Accountabilities
- Build strategic roadmaps, scalable processes, and operating models that strengthen performance across the Loyalty & VIP Growth organization and align with broader business objectives.
- Develop and implement KPI frameworks that evaluate performance, surface trends and opportunities, and support data-driven strategic decisions.
- Lead competitive intelligence and market research initiatives, including competitor benchmarking, industry analysis, quantitative and qualitative research, and identification of emerging trends.
- Translate business data and competitive insights into clear recommendations that inform strategy, investment decisions, priorities, and execution.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to repetitive or inefficient workflows, and help develop AI-enabled tools and agents that improve productivity and scalability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, improve operational processes, and drive stronger business outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear priorities, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline ways of working and establish more efficient, repeatable processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, combined with at least 2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategic operations and planning, or a comparable analytical or strategy-focused environment.
- Demonstrated experience owning competitive intelligence or market research workstreams, including competitor analysis, industry research, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize workflows, improve productivity, or develop tools and agents that enhance the efficiency and quality of work.
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to transform complex datasets and research into concise, actionable business insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once, prioritize effectively according to business needs, and align cross-functional teams around shared objectives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to different audiences.
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft productivity applications; experience with AI-enabled tools such as Claude, SQL, and Snowflake is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable state gaming licenses as required for the position.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where priorities can evolve and new tools and approaches are encouraged.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $70,500-$88,100 per year, depending on work location, experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors.
- Eligibility for bonus and equity in addition to base compensation, where applicable.
