About ITS

ITS is a Dallas-based travel management company. We run corporate travel, expenses, cards, and events on one platform, so booking, payment, and reconciliation are the same system instead of four vendors that don’t talk to each other.

Our customers are mid-market companies with roughly $1 to $10 million in annual travel spend and $2 to $20 million in total travel and entertainment spend. Our buyers are CFOs, controllers, and travel managers, people who need control without slowing their travelers down.

About the role

ITS is relaunching around an AI-first approach across travel, expense, events, and integrated payments. In the platform, that work is deliberately practical: personalizing booking, auditing prices after a trip is booked, and matching receipts to card transactions so month-end close becomes a review instead of a reconstruction. User experience and applications have been the foundation of our work but MCPs and meeting our clients where they need help, agentic support, and access to information to help run their travel and expense programs is our focus and major shift.

This is our first dedicated marketing growth hire, and it matters because the relaunch needs a go-to-market function built the same way the product is being built. You would collaborate to create the growth engine from the ground up, not inherit a playbook and not manage a roster of agencies. You would build demand generation for a finance audience with AI and automation as the default tooling, with real budget and direct access to product decisions.

This role is an individual contributor position and is meant to stay hands-on. If you like designing systems, running experiments, shipping the work yourself, as well as tracking results and leaning into AI and your experience to adjust and improve, it should suit you. If you would rather direct a team. brief an agency, or play a narrow and pre-defined role, it won’t.

Key responsibilities

  • *Build the demand generation engine. *Own the full funnel from awareness through sales involvement and feedback into and out of our qualified pipeline, and decide which channels earn continued investment.
  • *Design AI-assisted lead sourcing. *Build agentic workflows that find, enrich, and qualify accounts matching our profile, keeping humans at the steps where judgment matters.
  • *Collaborate on positioning for two distinct buyers. *CFOs and controllers care about control, visibility, and audit readiness; travel managers care about traveler experience and policy adherence. Work closely with our Brand Marketing Manager and write for both.
  • *Produce the work. *Write and ship the case studies, landing pages, email programs, and sales enablement material yourself rather than briefing someone else to.
  • *Support product marketing across the portfolio. *Turn capability in TripEasy, EasyExpense, EasyCard, and TripEvents into language a finance leader recognizes and a traveler understands.
  • *Build the measurement discipline. *Define what a qualified lead is, instrument the funnel, and report honestly on what is working and what is not.
  • *Partner closely with sales. *Sit near the pipeline, join customer calls, and turn what you hear into messaging, campaigns, and content.
  • *Prototype quickly. *Use AI design and build tools to produce landing pages, microsites, and campaign assets without waiting in a development queue.

QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. We weight demonstrated work more heavily than credentials.

Experience

  • Three to seven years in B2B or experiential marketing, with meaningful time in demand generation or growth rather than brand or events alone.
  • Evidence of building something from zero, a channel, a program, a system, or a side project you started because you wanted it to exist.
  • B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, expense, or travel experience is useful but not required. We would rather hire a fast generalist than a narrow domain specialist.
  • Comfortable being the only marketer in the room, and comfortable saying plainly what you do not yet know.

AI experience

  • Practical, daily use of AI tools in your actual work, not weekend experimentation. Using AI throughout our interview process is expected, not something to disclose.
  • Judgment about where AI fails, fabricated facts, wrong-person enrichment matches, silent data gaps, and a clear view of where a human must review.
  • Extensive experience with AI-assisted design and build tools such as Figma Make, Builder.io, v0, Lovable, or Gamma, ngram or Nano Banana or other video platforms used to ship real assets rather than demos.
  • Aware of or interested in orchestrating or guiding agentic and automation platforms such as Claude Code, or Cowork, and the ability to describe how you would wire a multi-step workflow end to end.

Lead generation and CRM

  • Hands-on experience running lead generation programs and measuring them to pipeline and revenue, not to clicks.
  • Implemented, administered, or worked deeply inside a CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or an AI-first platform such as Attio.
  • Marketing automation and data work: sequencing, lead scoring, list building, enrichment, and data hygiene.
  • Comfortable with data. Spreadsheets and dashboards are expected; enough SQL or scripting to answer your own questions is a plus.

How we’ll evaluate

We are more interested in how you think than in how polished your slides are.

  • We will facilitate a short working exercise built around judgment and trade-offs rather than presentation.
  • A conversation about designing an AI-assisted lead sourcing pipeline. You can describe the structure and organization or build a small slice of it, either clears the bar.
  • A discussion of something you taught yourself because you needed it, not because someone assigned it.
