The Challenge

Invivyd is a biotech company reshaping digital engagement for healthcare professionals and patients. You'll own their digital and social strategy across HCP, consumer, and patient channels—building compliant, high-impact campaigns that drive real business results.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital and social presence; identify compliance gaps and optimization opportunities across all HCP and consumer/patient channels

Develop and present comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives and regulatory requirements

Establish agency partner relationships and workflows; create streamlined promotional review process documentation

4

Launch 2-3 priority digital activations (paid, social, email) and establish baseline performance metrics

By 6 Months
1

Execute full product launch digital plan with integrated HCP and consumer/patient campaigns meeting all compliance checkpoints

2

Optimize paid advertising, SEO, and social campaigns; demonstrate 20%+ improvement in engagement and conversion metrics

3

Build and scale HCP and consumer influencer programs; track ROI and refine targeting based on performance data

4

Establish quarterly business reviews with agency partners; present performance analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership

Digital Campaign Conversion Rate

Track HCP engagement, patient sign-ups, and consumer interactions across paid, organic, and email channels.

Paid Media ROI

Measure return on advertising spend across display, social, and search campaigns.

Social Media Engagement Rate

Monitor reach, impressions, clicks, and community growth across all social platforms.

Email Performance Metrics

Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions for segmented HCP and consumer campaigns.

Brand Awareness Lift

Measure aided and unaided brand recall among target HCP and consumer audiences.

Regulatory Compliance Score

100% compliance rate on all promotional review processes; zero regulatory violations.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You have 5+ years marketing experience with 3+ years hands-on digital and social marketing in pharma, biotech, consumer health, or OTC
  • You're fluent in pharmaceutical advertising regulations and can navigate complex promotional review processes
  • You love owning strategy end-to-end: from campaign development to agency management to performance optimization
  • You're based in or willing to relocate to the Northeast and can commit to 30% in-office time in New Haven
  • You work best with agency partners and cross-functional teams in matrixed, fast-paced environments

  • You have no pharma/biotech marketing experience or don't understand regulatory compliance requirements
