What you'll do
Growth Marketing Manager
Geotrek builds adventure-ready Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. We are scaling fast and need a growth-minded operator to help us do it. This is a role for an analytical brain who can own marketing campaigns at scale, sharpen our paid strategy, tighten up HubSpot, and push our search visibility. If you live in the data and get a kick out of finding the lever that moves the number, this is for you.
What You’ll Own
- *Campaign ownership & funnel optimization : *plan, launch, and optimize cross-channel campaigns end to end, tied to pipeline and revenue.
- Full-funnel CRO, landing pages, forms, and lead capture, with a test roadmap of clear hypotheses and readouts
- Funnel diagnostics: find the drop-off points and own the fix
- Lifecycle and nurture coordination
- Campaign-to-revenue mapping across every stage, not just top-of-funnel clicks
- *Paid ad strategy: *Own the paid acquisition channels and help manage our paid specialists against clear channel targets.
- Paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, Bing, Reddit, and emerging channels
- Budget allocation, pacing, and channel mix decisions
- Attribution, measurement, and incrementality testing
- Performance analytics and ad reporting cadence, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with leadership
- Creative briefing and feedback loops with Marketing Director, Social Manager, and Content teams.
- *HubSpot optimization: *workflows, lifecycle automation, lead scoring, attribution, and reporting that actually reflects what drives deals.
- Workflow and lifecycle automation (lead status, MQL/SQL gates, deal creation) that mirrors how we actually sell
- Lead scoring model build and upkeep
- Attribution setup and a single source-of-truth for pipeline reporting
- Data hygiene, dedupe, and property governance so the numbers stay trustworthy
- *SEO and AEO: *grow organic and answer-engine visibility in partnership with our SEO contractor and content team.
- Answer-engine optimization for AI/LLM results and featured snippets, not just blue links
- Keyword, technical SEO, and content-gap roadmap
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and assisted conversions, and tie them back to pipeline
- Analytics and growth: Report on campaign metrics and ownCAC, MER, ROAS, and conversion reporting, build the dashboards, and turn the data into growth experiments we can act on.
- MER and CAC discipline, Break-Even MER/CAC, Actual MER/CAC, and MER/CAC Gap reporting (folds in your "not in original" bullet)
- Build and maintain the dashboards across GA4, HubSpot, and the ad platforms
- Prioritized growth-experiment backlog with defined success metrics
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadence to leadership
- *Website updates: *make basic content and copy changes in WordPress to keep the site current. Landing page development to optimize conversion rates and testing with paid ad campaigns. No dev required; our web team handles the heavy build work.
What You Bring
- *Deeply analytical. *You live in the numbers, build your own reporting, and can defend a metric to leadership.
- *Proven scale. *3 or more years owning campaigns and budget, ideally in DTC, high-consideration, or high-value categories.
- *Hands-on range. *Paid ads (Google and Meta), HubSpot, and SEO/AEO, plus comfort in GA4, attribution, Google Tag Manager, and basic WordPress edits.
- *Growth mindset. *You ship tests, read results honestly, and move fast on what is working.
- *Bonus: *CRO and landing page work, and any outdoor, RV, or automotive background.
