What you'll do

Join our team as a Field Marketing Lead, where you will be responsible for translating our global strategy into local impact across various regions. You will lead a team of Field Marketing Managers, oversee pipeline support, partner marketing, events, and content, and ensure alignment with global priorities. You will also coordinate across departments, manage the field marketing budget, and report on key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing and team management, and a strong background in B2B SaaS.

About the role

As Field Marketing Lead, you make sure our global strategy has local impact: every region turns our positioning, campaigns and content into pipeline in its own market.

Scope

Field marketing takes our global strategy into each market through four areas: pipeline support, partner marketing, events, and content. You'll build and lead a team of 3 Field Marketing Managers (North America, France & MEA, Italy, Spain & DACH).

The team is still being formed, and you'll help hire the regional roles. Success means pipeline sourced and influenced in every region, with field plans that stay aligned with global priorities.

Core responsibilities

Lead the team across the four areas

  • Pipeline support: make sure pipeline is generated locally and tracked through every GTM activation, with processes agreed with the sales, BDR and sales enablement managers.
  • Partner marketing: build the system that turns partner relationships into visibility, co-marketing, joint GTM motions and shared events, alongside our partnerships team.
  • Events: apply the global event strategy locally and bring regional feedback back into the global plan.
  • Content: localize global content, feed local insight back to the global content team, and design the media and PR activation program each region runs.

Cross-functional coordination

  • Coordinate across departments and functions so global plans and regional execution stay in sync.
  • Bring market intelligence back to Product Marketing: local competitors, regulatory differences and what buyers ask.

Team, budget and reporting

  • Help hire the regional Field Marketing Managers, then coach them and set shared playbooks so every region works the same way.
  • Own the field marketing budget across regions, including local agencies and vendors.
  • Define field KPIs (pipeline sourced and influenced, event ROI, partner contribution) and report to the Global Head of Marketing and sales leadership.

Who you work with

  • Reports to: Global Head of Marketing
  • Manages: Regional Field Marketing Managers (North America, France & MEA, Italy, Spain & DACH)
  • Daily collaboration: Global Head of Marketing, Content and Product Marketing leads, regional sales leaders
  • Key stakeholders: Sales leadership, Alliances & Legal Expertise, Revenue Ops

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, including at least 5 in field marketing and experience hiring and managing a team across several regions.
  • A B2B SaaS background: you know long sales cycles, complex buying committees and enterprise buyers.
  • You've built a multi-region field marketing plan and budget, and defended it with numbers.
  • Strong grasp of pipeline metrics and attribution, and proficient in HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
  • Experience across events, partner marketing, ABM and content.
  • PR and media relations experience, ideally running a media program across several markets.
  • Fluent English. French, Italian, Spanish or German is a plus.

What really sets you apart

  • Leader who still does the work: you coach your team and step in when a region needs an extra pair of hands.
  • Commercial: you link every program to pipeline and revenue.
  • Builder: you set up processes and playbooks where none exist yet.
  • Collaborative and proactive: you spot what needs doing and act before anyone asks.
  • AI in your daily work: you use it to analyse results, plan campaigns and move faster.

Recruitment process

1.Phone screening with Talent Acquisition
2.First interview with our Global Head of Marketing
3.Field marketing strategy case
4.Team and stakeholder interviews, including sales leadership
5.Final interview with our CEO or another key stakeholder
