What you'll do
About Deeply Deeply is building the relationship improvement company. We combine clinical-grade assessment with structured guidance and professional connection — so that understanding your relationship actually leads to improving it. Our Whole Relationship Model maps 7 dimensions of relationship health, identifies the highest-leverage area to focus on, and sequences progress through guided programs and a vetted professional network. We're Year 1, post-product, growing fast, and building the infrastructure to become the definitive platform for relationship health. We're a small team that punches way above our weight class by building AI-native workflows into everything we do. This role is a big part of how we keep doing that. The Role We need someone who can own growth end-to-end. Not "run the marketing department" — build the growth engine from scratch. Content, community, email, SEO, paid, analytics. You'll operate across all of them, and you'll use AI tools (Claude Code, LLMs, programmatic generation) as force multipliers to do the work of a team three times your size. This is not a traditional marketing role. You're part engineer, part marketer, part community builder — and part relationship nerd. You think in systems, you ship fast, and you bring genuine empathy for the people we serve. The growth decisions you make need to be grounded in how people actually experience their relationships: the vulnerability, the resistance, the hope. You're not just optimizing funnels — you're building the front door to something that changes how people relate to each other. You'll report directly to the founder and have full ownership of how we acquire, engage, and retain users. What You'll Do AI-Native Growth Systems • Use Claude Code and LLM workflows to build programmatic content pipelines — SEO pages, email sequences, landing page variants, resource libraries • Automate campaign creation, A/B test generation, and content repurposing across channels • Build internal tools and scripts that turn manual growth work into repeatable systems • Continuously identify places where AI can compress weeks of work into hours Content & SEO • Own the content calendar — blog posts, landing pages, podcast show notes, educational resources • Build and execute SEO strategy: keyword research, topic clusters, technical SEO, programmatic pages • Write and edit content that speaks to our audience: analytical, skeptical-of-therapy people who value data and clarity over feelings-talk • Support the content engine (podcast/YouTube) with distribution, clips, and written assets • Develop content that meets people where they are emotionally — understanding that someone Googling "is my relationship normal" is in a very different headspace than someone searching "couples communication exercises" Community & Social • Build presence in relationship-focused communities: Reddit, Twitter/X, forums, Facebook groups • Create and manage social content that drives assessment sign-ups • Develop community partnerships and cross-promotion strategies • Identify and engage with the conversations our audience is already having • Navigate sensitive topics with care — relationships involve vulnerability, and our voice needs to reflect that even in growth channels Email & Lifecycle • Design and build email campaigns: welcome sequences, nurture flows, re-engagement, partner invite loops • Segment and personalize based on assessment data and user behavior — understanding that someone whose relationship just scored low on Trust needs a fundamentally different touch than someone exploring out of curiosity • Optimize for the metrics that matter: assessment completions, partner invites, conversion to paid tiers • Build automated lifecycle flows that move users through the product without manual intervention Analytics & Experimentation • Own the growth dashboard: funnel metrics, channel attribution, cohort analysis • Run A/B tests on landing pages, emails, CTAs, and onboarding flows • Set up and maintain analytics infrastructure (tracking, event taxonomy, reporting) • Turn data into decisions — know what's working, kill what isn't, double down on what is Who You Are • Builder mentality. You'd rather ship something imperfect today than plan something perfect for next quarter. You've built growth systems from zero before — or you've been itching to. • AI-native. You already use LLMs in your workflow. You see them as tools to 10x your output, not gimmicks. Bonus if you've used Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to build automation. • Full-stack marketer. You're comfortable across content, email, SEO, paid, and analytics. You don't need a team of specialists — you are the team, augmented by AI. • Data-driven. You think in funnels, cohorts, and conversion rates. You set up tracking before you launch campaigns. You know the difference between vanity metrics and signal. • Strong writer. You can write copy that's clear, direct, and human. You understand that our audience is smart, skeptical, and allergic to fluff. • Scrappy and autonomous. You thrive with ownership and ambiguity. You don't wait for a brief — you write the brief, execute it, measure it, and iterate. • Empathetic and relationship-curious. You care about how people relate to each other. You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, or sat in the chair yourself. You make decisions by thinking about how real people feel — not just what converts. You're drawn to this space because it matters to you personally, not just professionally. • Startup-ready. You're excited about early-stage chaos, not scared of it. You want to build something from scratch and see your fingerprints on the growth curve. Nice-to-haves • Personal passion for relationships, therapy, attachment theory, or interpersonal dynamics — the kind of person who recommends books about communication to friends • Experience in health, wellness, or relationship-adjacent spaces • Familiarity with programmatic SEO or content generation at scale • Experience building email automation in tools like Customer.io, Loops, or similar • Background in growth engineering (writing code to solve growth problems, not just running campaigns)

About Growth Marketing Roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
