What you'll do
This is a senior hire reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, with significant exposure to the executive leadership team. The role works in close partnership with Operations and Technology, and is expected to lead cross-functional initiatives rather than advise on them and to build out the function over time.

- 10+ years in consumer marketing, demand generation, customer experience, or commercial leadership, including meaningful time in a multi-location consumer services business
- Prior experience owning a budget and leading a team; contact center or centralized customer care experience preferred
- A demonstrated record of improving funnel conversion and connecting that improvement to revenue
- Working command of consumer marketing channels and marketing technology
- Analytically rigorous, and able to translate detail into conclusions an executive audience can act on
