What you'll do
The BBP-418 launch needs a marketer who can turn clinical insight into clear reasons for clinicians to act. You’ll shape the US HCP plan and keep the work moving across teams.
What the role really is
You’ll own the HCP marketing work for BBP-418, from brand planning and launch campaigns to clinician education and measurement. It’s a cross-functional role in a fast-moving, ambiguous setting, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

- Build brand plans, messaging, claims, and launch campaigns.
- Bring market needs into product team planning and push for tactics that address untapped opportunities.
- Coordinate launch execution across commercial, medical, access, regulatory, insights, digital, and regional teams.
- Work with commercial and medical colleagues on ways to identify doctors who have, or are likely to have, LGMD2I/R9 patients.
- Develop access and reimbursement strategies with Market Access.
- Run disease education resources, the speaker bureau, and HCP peer-to-peer content.
- Plan commercial convention presence, including target meetings, booth design, production, and channel presence.
- Track program results and create measurement plans for HCP tactics.
- Monitor market changes, competition, clinician needs, and practices.
- Work with agencies, sales, commercial operations, brand analytics, IT, and MCM.
What they want (bullets)
- At least five years in commercial biotech or pharma, including three years in marketing.
- Experience developing and acting on insights from clinical data and market research.
- Understanding of drug development, differentiation, and value demonstration.
- Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently and with a team.
- Interest in serving patients with genetic diseases.
- Successful launch experience in a competitive market and rare disease experience are preferred.
- KOL engagement experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel about 25%.

You’ll shape commercial work for a rare disease launch, with room to turn market insight into practical education and brand tactics. The role sits close to the decisions, alongside teams spanning commercial, medical, access, regulatory, and insights.
