What you'll do
What You Will Do
Set the Growth Plan
- Identify your priorities across go-to-market, partnerships and marketing, and design the growth plan for the year around them
- Decide what to start, what to hold and what to stop, and adjust the plan as pipeline data comes in
- Own the US demand engine across content and thought leadership, events and communities, outbounds where relevant, and partner-sourced leads
- Run targeted outreach to function leaders with a growth mandate, at mid-cap companies and at business units within large enterprises
- Turn interest into qualified meetings and opportunities. Agree with our partners what "qualified" means, and review hand-offs with them so conversion from meeting to proposal keeps improving
- Report pipeline and conversion openly, so we can see which channels earn their cost
- Use AI across research, outreach and content, and build the workflows the rest of the team copies
- Own US positioning and offers, and bring what buyers tell you back into what we sell
- Drive the BOI brand globally, from the website and content to events and speaking
- Turn our client work into case studies, proof and points of view that buyers cite back to us
- Define the partner and vendor ecosystem strategy for the Americas, from labs and cloud providers to other firms that send us work
- Run the first partnerships yourself, and build a partnerships team when the strategy calls for one
- Measure every partnership by the meetings and opportunities it creates
- Lead US go-to-market, coach and direct the team, and hire the roles the growth engine needs in the order it needs them
- Work closely with the partners who lead sales on follow-up, feedback and deal context
- You've built a B2B pipeline in consulting or professional services, where sales cycles are long and buyers are senior
- You've marketed or sold AI services or products to enterprises, and you use AI in your own work every day, with growth workflows you've built yourself. Both are required
- You've run demand generation across outbound, content, events and partner channels, and you know which one to bet on for a given buyer
- You've led a marketing or growth team. You do the work yourself when the team needs it and hand it off when it doesn't
- You've founded a company, been early at a startup, or built a function from nothing. You set your own priorities and make good decisions before everything is known
- You've worked with alliance or partner ecosystems and can set a strategy for them. Running a partnerships team is a plus
- You work well with the people who close. You know what a qualified opportunity looks like to a partner, and you hold yourself to meetings booked
- You explain positioning in plain English, and you can shape what we sell as well as how we say it
- You'll build the US growth function of a growing company and own the plan for how BOI goes to market in the Americas
- You'll build compounding skills at the frontier of AI, with the freedom to test and push boundaries on how a services firm grows
- The team is creative, ambitious, supportive, and never boring
BOI is an equal opportunity employer: we celebrate diversity and welcome all backgrounds and identities.

About Growth Marketing roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
